The MOBILAIR construction compressors in this series are true all-rounders and are always called upon when specialists are needed. After all, they can be precisely adapted to the specific application thanks to a range of pressure stages and compressed air treatment components. Robust, reliable and powerful – the combination of a highly efficient KAESER screw compressor block with the energy-saving SIGMA PROFILE and environmentally friendly drive motors that comply with the EUStage V, delivers high performance with low fuel consumption and the lowest possible emissions. This indestructible powerhouse is available in two versions. The version with an impact-resistant polyethylene cowling really comes into its own in adverse conditions. The lightweight version, featuring aluminium components, weighs in at under 750 kilograms. This makes it extremely versatile for transport. Versatile: The MOBILAIR M59 can be perfectly adapted to its specific area of application. Thanks to numerous optional air treatment components, it always delivers compressed air quality tailored to requirements. In the unbraked lightweight version, the M59 is particularly versatile. As this lightweight model weighs under 750 kilograms, a Category BE driving licence is not required. For the PE version, a selection of different overrun-braked chassis is available. Stationary installation using skids or machine feet makes the M59 perfect for all locations. Simple and safe: Electronically controlled engine start-up and the option to switch manually from unloaded start-up to loaded operation ensure optimum cold start performance. If necessary, the automatic monitoring system switches the compressor off automatically. Robust The MOBILAIR M59 is well equipped for demanding, continuous use on construction sites, even under harsh climatic conditions. Even the standard version can be used in temperatures ranging from -10°C to +45°C. The optionally available low-temperature version is fitted with engine coolant preheating. Its compressor block runs on synthetic coolant. pV control The maximum pressure (p) can be set between 6 and 14 bar in 0.1 bar increments. Thanks to the pV control, this directly influences the maximum possible air flow (V) at any given time, thereby offering even greater flexibility in terms of pressure and air flow. This adjustment option is particularly appreciated when using long hose lines. Made in Germany The construction compressors in the numerous MOBILAIR series are manufactured in Coburg (Northern Bavaria). The factory, which was completely rebuilt a few years ago and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, features, amongst other things, a TÜV-certified sound measurement station for free-field sound level measurements, a high-performance powder coating plant and highly efficient product logistics
