For this reason, we are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG), nor do we participate in such proceedings on a voluntary basis.

As a service provider, we are liable for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws, pursuant to Section 7(1) of the German Data Protection Act (DDG).
