View on GoogleBuy second-hand or new trailers – Tebbe, Krampe, Krone, Lely, Oehler and Pefra, direct from specialist dealers. We list agricultural transport trailers for chopped fodder, silage, grain and bulk goods, as well as commercial vehicle trailers for general cargo and industrial trailers for internal transport. Prices range from around €700 for basic trailers to around €94,500 for a Tridem silo trailer. Each listing specifies the year of manufacture, number of axles, payload or volume, and the dealer’s location.
Which trailer is right for your business?
Silage trailers and forage transport trailers: Tebbe ST 450 and ST 500 as tandem silage trailers (year of manufacture 2025, approx. €52,000–67,000), Tebbe ST 650 as a tridem for contractors requiring high throughput, Krone TX 460 with a load compartment cover. These trailers operate in the forage chain behind the forage harvester and unload via a scraper floor at the silo.
Push-off trailers: Krampe Rambody AS 680.1 and Meyer Zako 18 (year of manufacture 2009, approx. €14,750). The push blade empties the load without tipping – making it safe on slopes, under barn roofs and when silo rental costs are high. Push-off trailers are equally suitable for forage, manure, beet and soil.
Loader trailers and tipper trailers: Lely Tigo 50 RD and 60 RD (approx. €18,500–19,500) for grass and wilted silage, plus three-way tippers such as the Metaltech DB 14 (14 t) and Oehler OL DDK 240 BK (24 t, year of manufacture 2026). Dedicated tippers can be found grouped together in the ‘Tippers’ category.
Chassis and bodies: Bergmann HTW 65 as a hook-lift chassis with VT 27 slurry body – one chassis, interchangeable bodies for slurry, tipper or transport containers.
Commercial vehicle and industrial trailers: Krone AZ DB07 as a container trailer for swap bodies, sliding tarpaulin trailers from Schmitz Cargobull and Jumbo Ortmann with Edscha covers, as well as a Pefra 4000 industrial trailer (4 t, built in 2019) for factory halls and industrial sites.
What we look for in used trailers
Braking system: Pneumatic or hydraulic brakes, condition of drums, linings and linkage, automatic load-dependent brake force control (ALB). The braking system must be compatible with the towing vehicle – we check this before purchase.
Registration and speed: 25 km/h trailers, 40 km/h versions or lorry trailers with a speed of 80 km/h – this determines the paperwork, roadworthiness test and scope of use. The vehicle registration document or type-approval certificate should be available.
Chassis and axles: Wheel bearings, leaf spring assemblies or air suspension, steering axle on tandem and tridem configurations, tyre wear pattern. Tyres worn down on one side indicate a misaligned axle or a warped frame.
Bodywork and floor: Scraper floor with chains and slats, scraper blade and guide, side panels, seals, tarpaulin and sliding roof. On silo trailers, check the rear wall and the hydraulics of the tailgate.
Drawbar and coupling: Drawbar eye, ball-head coupling or hitch, drawbar suspension, levelling leg. Cracks in the welds around the drawbar are a deal-breaker.

Frequently asked questions about second-hand trailers
How much does a used trailer cost?
Simple trailers and older container trailers start at around €700 to €2,000. Second-hand push-off trailers cost around €15,000, new tandem silo trailers between approx. €52,000 and €67,000, and a tridem at approx. €94,500.
Silo trailer or push-off trailer?
The silo trailer with a scraper floor offers plenty of capacity with a low kerb weight and unloads quickly at the silo. The push-off trailer does not tip, making it safer to use on slopes and under eaves, and it is more versatile for manure or soil, but it weighs more.
Do I need registration for an agricultural trailer?
Trailers with a maximum speed of up to 25 km/h do not require registration in Germany, but do need an operating licence and are driven with a repeat registration number. Trailers with a maximum speed of 40 km/h require their own registration and regular general inspections.
Will the trailer fit my tractor?
Check the tow eye or hitch, the drawbar load and the braking system. Modern tractors have a dual-line compressed air system and often hydraulic brakes; older trailers with single-line brakes may not be compatible with every towing vehicle. The hydraulic connections for the scraper floor and tailgate must also be compatible.
What is an industrial trailer?
A trailer for internal transport, towed by a tractor, forklift or electric tractor. The Pefra 4000 has a load capacity of 4 t and is designed for factory halls, logistics areas and company premises, not for use on public roads.
Can I lease or finance a trailer?
For many listings, you can submit a no-obligation enquiry about leasing or hire purchase directly. The purchase and payment are arranged directly between you and the dealer.
