What we look for in second-hand window-making machinery
Profile system and tools: A window production line is only as good as its tool sets. We check which profile system (IV 68, IV 78, IV 92) the tools are designed for and whether they can be re-ground.
Spindles and positioning: Concentricity and bearings of all spindles, accuracy of axis positioning. On angle systems, the angle between the tenon and the longitudinal profile must be exactly correct, otherwise the corners will not fit.
