Policy on returns and exchanges

1Pack all the items in their original packaging. Items purchased as sets must be returned as sets.
2Fill in the return request form attached to the order.
3Enclose a copy of the sales receipt and specify the method of refund (a postal order or a bank transfer).

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

Customers have the right to return any purchased items without giving a reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller or the Seller’s representatives. Items may be returned provided their consumer properties, factory labels and ready-for-sale condition remain intact.

To return items, customers must submit a copy of the proof of purchase and complete the return request form.

Rules on returning and exchanging items with discovered defects:

Customers are entitled to notify the Seller of any defects discovered and demand that they be rectified within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of receiving the Items from the Seller or the Seller’s representatives. The only exception is defects caused by the Customer’s improper handling of the Items.

Customers have the right to refuse to accept the items and request a refund. In this case, the items must be returned to the Seller, and their consumer properties, factory labels and ready-for-sale condition must be preserved.

To return the Items, you must submit a copy of your proof of purchase and complete the return request form.

Our returns and refunds policy is set out above. Under New York State law, shops are legally required to display their returns policy. If a shop does not display a returns policy, the law requires the shop to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
