This indestructible powerhouse is available in two versions. The model with an impact-resistant polyethylene enclosure really comes into its own under adverse conditions.
The lightweight version, featuring aluminum components, weighs less than 750 kilograms, making it extremely flexible for transport.
However, both versions share one thing in common: absolute flexibility in operation thanks to efficient pV control.
Versatile: The MOBILAIR M59 can be perfectly adapted to its specific application. Thanks to numerous optional air treatment components, it always delivers compressed air quality tailored to your needs. In the unbraked lightweight version, the M59 is particularly flexible. Since this lightweight model weighs less than 750 kilograms, a Class BE driver’s license is not required. For the PE version, a selection of various overrun-braked chassis is available. Stationary setup with skids or machine feet makes the M59 perfect for any location.
Simple and Safe Electronically controlled engine start and the ability to manually switch from unpressurized start-up to load operation ensure optimal cold start performance. If necessary, the automatic monitoring system shuts down the compressor on its own.
Robust: The MOBILAIR M59 is well-equipped for demanding, continuous use on construction sites, even under harsh climatic conditions. Even the standard model can be operated in a temperature range from -10°C to +45°C. The optionally available low-temperature version is equipped with engine coolant preheating. Its compressor block runs on synthetic coolant.
pV Control The maximum pressure (p) can be adjusted between 6 and 14 bar in 0.1 bar increments. Thanks to the pV control, this directly influences the maximum possible flow rate (V) at any given time, thereby offering even greater flexibility in terms of pressure and flow rate. This adjustment capability is particularly appreciated when using long hose lines.
Made in Germany The construction compressors of the numerous MOBILAIR series are manufactured in Coburg (Northern Bavaria). The plant, which was completely rebuilt a few years ago and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, features, among other things, a TÜV-certified sound measurement station for free-field sound level measurement, a high-performance powder coating system, and highly efficient product logistics,
