GÖTZINGER RBS swivelling dowel and stair drill with laser
In very good condition; the machine has been used very little and is as good as new. It comes from an educational institution
and can be
used to drill plug holes and similar tasks. The machine has a BKF-5 drill head with 5 drill bit holders featuring M10 internal threads; the distance between the drill bit holders is 32 mm horizontally and 25
mm vertically; the entire drill head can be swivelled through 360°, with a degree scale and various detent positions, a standard 2-jaw chuck can also be
used. You will also receive 3 additional drill holders, for drills with a 12 or 16 mm cylindrical shank, and for drill bits with an M10 external thread
. The machine table is 1100mm wide and 250mm deep; at the front there is a stop which can
be retracted if required. For producing dowel joints, there are two adjustable angle stops on the machine table, which can be adjusted using a precise scale; in addition, there are two 2,500 mm long stop rails, each with two folding stops and a scale; these stop rails can be
fitted on the left or right. The machine used to drill fully automatically, which proved problematic with larger drill bit diameters; for this reason, the machine was converted
to manual feed via a feed lever and switch. The workpiece is clamped using two pneumatic clamping cylinders; the switch is located directly on the clamping cylinder

read off a highly accurate mechanical counter. The maximum drilling depth is 190 mm, with a stop and scale
