VEMA TFMS 2-4 swivel-spindle milling machine

In very good condition, as good as new; the machine comes from a prison and has been left standing for the last few years; it has been used very little and operated
by just one person VEMA is a company based in northern Germany; in terms of design, the machine is similar to the KÖLLE F45 or the PANHANS 240

control panel with a milling stop, which can be adjusted for depth either on one side or fully; this is done using a handwheel in each case. For full adjustment, there is a mechanical counter; the counter can be reset to zero at any point at the touch of a button, allowing the stop to be
adjusted quickly and very precisely. Both stop jaws can also be adjusted individually; there are also two mechanical counters. The one-sided adjustment also allows for planing work, for example,
on a gluing profile. The router fence can be
rotated on the machine table. The machine has an extra-powerful 7,500-watt
motor with a pneumatic spindle lock
. Chips are effectively removed, via two 120
mm extraction ports. It features a 30 mm spindle that can be swivelled continuously from -10 to 45°; the spindle is swivelled using a handwheel with a mechanical counter
for clockwise/ left-hand

on request. It features a large table opening, which can be reduced using various rings, this allows you to use cutters with a very large diameter and also to mill safely with small cutters (the rings are included, but are not shown in the pictures)
