M.A.L. Mechatronik Mobile Blasting Abrasive Extraction Unit – Abrasive recovery and extraction system (650 mbar / H13)
The mobile abrasive extraction unit from M.A.L. Mechatronik GmbH is a high-performance system for recovering abrasive and for industrial extraction directly at the point of use. Used blasting media, together with any contaminants, is collected via the suction hose and fed to the blasting media separation unit – this ensures that reusable blasting media remains in the cycle and only the abrasion residue is separated out.
The system generates a vacuum of up to 650 mbar and achieves an air flow rate of up to 5,700 m³/h. The integrated H13 HEPA filter technology ensures clean exhaust air even with the finest dust particles, with a separation efficiency of 99.995 per cent. The robust steel frame, which serves as a transport skid with extendable supports, makes the system suitable for handling by forklift or crane, and thus fully suitable for use on construction sites.

Blasting and surface treatment, cost-effective recovery of reusable blasting media, extraction of blasting residues, refurbishment of steel structures, bridges, vessels and tank farms, as well as mobile extraction directly on site. Generally suitable for all standard blasting media.
