Buy new and second-hand crushing and screening plants – Komplet, Rubble Master, Kleemann, Keestrack – directly from specialist dealers. Crushing building rubble, concrete, bricks and natural stone on site into recyclable material saves on disposal, transport and the cost of new materials. Compact crawler crushers such as the Komplet K-JC 503 fit onto a tandem trailer and are suitable for use on demolition sites, in landscaping projects and at recycling facilities handling small quantities. We stock crushing and screening plants from GSK Baumaschinen in Hanhofen and Kraus Baumaschinen in Frankenthal – with weight, engine power, year of manufacture and operating hours listed in the advert.
Which machine is right for your material?
Compact jaw crusher 3–4 t: Komplet K-JC 503 (crushing opening 500 × 250 mm, 18.5 kW diesel, up to 12 t/h, crawler track, remote control, transport weight under 3.5 t). Suitable for demolition work on existing buildings, landscaping and the recycling of concrete, bricks and asphalt to 0/40–0/70. Fits onto a 3.5-t trailer.
Mobile jaw crushers 10–30 t: Komplet K-JC 704/805, Rubble Master RM 70/RM 90, Kleemann MC 100/MC 110, Keestrack B3 – 30 to 120 t/h, for demolition contractors and recycling centres. With pre-screen, magnetic separator, return conveyor.
Impact crushers: Rubble Master RM 60–RM 120, Kleemann MR 110 – cubic final product for base courses and asphalt recycling, higher throughput than jaw crushers, greater wear on hard rock.
Screening plants: Komplet compact screens, Keestrack K3, Kleemann MS 702, trommel screens (Backers, Doppstadt) – for classifying recycled material, topsoil and compost into two or three fractions.
What we look for in second-hand crushing plants
Crushing tools: Crushing jaws (degree of wear, reversibility), side wedges; for impact crushers, impact bars and impact plates – wear parts represent the largest cost component in crushers. Adjustable crushing gap; gap adjustment operates smoothly.
Drive and bearings: Main bearings of the swing arm (noise, temperature), V-belt or hydraulic drive, flywheels, motor (cold start, smoke emission, emission standard).
Feeding and discharge: Vibrating chute and feed hopper (wear, exciter), discharge conveyor (belt, rollers, scraper), magnetic separator, remote control, overload protection.
Undercarriage and documentation: rubber tracks, track rollers, travel drive; CE marking, declaration of conformity, operating instructions, noise protection (crushers exceed 100 dB(A) – check suitability for use in residential areas), dust suppression with water.

Frequently asked questions about crushing and screening plants
How much does a mobile crushing plant cost?
Compact crushers such as the Komplet K-JC 503 cost in the mid five-figure range when second-hand, and more when new; mobile 20-tonne jaw crushers and impact crushers cost in the six-figure range. Factors affecting the price include throughput, year of manufacture, operating hours, the condition of the crushing tools and the emissions standard.
Jaw crusher or impact crusher?
Jaw crushers are suitable for hard, abrasive rock, reinforced concrete and primary crushing – they are robust and suffer little wear. Impact crushers are suitable for producing cubic-shaped final aggregate, asphalt and higher throughputs – but this results in greater wear on the impact plates. For demolition recycling on site, the compact jaw crusher is usually the right choice.
Am I allowed to crush construction waste on site?
In principle, yes, as preparation for recycling; however, from certain quantities and operating times onwards, a permit under the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) may be required, and the use of the recycled material is subject to the Substitute Construction Materials Ordinance and quality certificates. Ensure compliance with noise and dust control measures.
How much material can a compact crusher process in a day?
A K-JC 503 crushes 8–12 t/h depending on the material – 60–90 t in a working day. This is sufficient for the demolition of detached houses, floor slabs and paved areas; for several hundred tonnes a day, a 20-t plant is required.
Can I lease a crushing plant or finance it via hire purchase?
Yes, you can submit a no-obligation leasing or hire-purchase enquiry directly via the listings. You can discuss the terms with the dealer or their finance partner; the purchase and payment are handled directly between you and the seller.
